Please note that if your tax exemption certificate is already issued, we’d be unable to process your refund request unless it is asked for on the grounds of any error made on EVOLVE NGO’s part. In that case, we will refund the donation and bear the costs of the same.

To refund an item, please email our support service at letsevolve.official@gmail.com along with your bank account details and donation receipt to obtain a Refund Authorization (RA) number. After proper verification, we will initiate the refund in 6-7 business days. ​ ​ ​

Refunds can only be request till 14 days after the donation has been made. After that, we will not be able to process your refund
